ChartWind is not a Part 135 operator or a direct or indirect air carrier and does not own or operate any aircraft. All flights are operated by Part 135 operators or air carriers, or the foreign equivalent thereof, who shall maintain full operational control of flights at all times. ChartWind connects its users with Part 135 operators or air carriers for the purpose of obtaining aircraft charter and flight services.
